This is my most recommended book! It has very practical tools on how to improve your relationship, while also paying attention to the more deeply rooted patterns and working through those. This book is excellent for anyone looking to improve their marriage, relationships, or learn more about themselves.

Come As You Are

by Emily Nagoski, PhD.

This is an excellent book for people who want to improve their experiences with sex. It is geared towards women, but I recommend it for couples as well. It provides a wealth of information, and I’ve seen how transformative it can be sexually.

No Bad Parts

by Richard Schwartz

This book gives an excellent framework for understanding when we feel conflicted, or want one thing but end up doing something else. It can help with your growth process immensely in a completely non-shaming way.

The Divorce Remedy

If you are currently in a marriage and your spouse is thinking of getting divorced, this is the first book I’d recommend. It gives very practical tools for you to use in a crisis situation.
